What image formats are supported?

PNG and JPG up to 10 MB per file. Transparent PNGs for clipart and design overlays are flattened automatically when the scene requires it.

How long does generation take?

Most mockups complete in 20–60 seconds depending on quality. Up to 2 generate at a time while others stay queued — your plan can accept large runs without generating every image simultaneously.

Can I use the mockups commercially?

Yes. Every output is yours to use commercially — Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, Printify, social media, and ads.

What's the difference between Product Mockups and Custom Mockups?

Product Mockups uses our curated product library (t-shirts, mugs, invitations, etc.). Custom Mockups lets you upload your own product photo as the base.

Which image quality should I pick?

2K is the default and fits Etsy/Shopify listings. Pick 4K for Amazon, print-on-demand previews, or when you need extra detail. You can also upscale after generation.
