What kind of product photo works best?

Ideally the product on a neutral background (white, grey, or transparent PNG), well lit, and roughly centered. Smartphone photos work fine when the lighting is decent.

Do I need a design overlay?

No. If your product is already finished, skip the design step and we'll just place the product into an AI-generated scene.

How is this different from Product Mockups?

Product Mockups uses our curated library of products (t-shirts, mugs, etc.). Custom Mockups uses your own product photo as the base, ideal for niche or one-of-a-kind items.
